Dear Randy / MurMaid,
    Thank you so very much for your extra kindness and thoughtfulness.
I am such a happy camper!  I had no idea I needed a new bed till I got a new bed.  
    WOW, what a difference.  So far I haven't woken even once due to hip or shoulder aching.  
So, I'm talking y'all up at work!

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I am sorry that I haven't replied sooner to your email. My Husband and I went by this past Friday to exchange our mattress foundation. It is such a relief to have a bed that doesn't creak or pop every time we move. We do appreciate you and your company for resolving this issue. Next time we are in the market for a mattress, we definitely will be returning to your Lee Hwy Showroom to make our purchase.
